       who says tourist-ey stuff ain't fun? hehe... i think the highlight of our trip was lighting up the sky lanterns & sending out wooden postcards! haha & since no one was home, i sent the postcard to karmel! far-kneeeee!!! i love the countryside. its such a laidback lifestyle. if anyone in singapore complains that the mrt trains are too noisy... come on lor! the people here live BESIDE the railway track LITERALLY! if only we had more time... i would have brought mom to the farms too! barbeewoosa's bday is next week! ARGH! the day of my cleo career workshop! hah! then i'm flying off to shanghai the next day for za's press event... how how how? how to make sure his burpday is special? i dun wanna be back... i wanna be a taiwanese! heehee <3 taiwan to the maxxxxxxx! i really enjoyed this trip very much... since it was mom's 1st trip there, we did some tourist-y stuff, but i think it was a great experience for the 3 of us! visited shifen to light up the sky lantern, posted a wooden postcard to karmel, went to the hot springs, ate @ jay chou's restaurant, ate @ modern toilet restaurant, shopped @ ximending, wah no time to do everything else we wanted! watched the MJ memorial there as well, reminded me of my dad once again... cried when paris spoke up with her tribute. "Ever since I was born, Daddy has been the best father you could ever imagine." i can so understand how she feels... how true. these things are sad. RIP michael. i'll be back with pix tomorrow hopefully, will try to collage them tonite & tomorrow. till then... have a great weekend!

to national stadium to catch mj in concert! hehe that was the 1st ever concert i attended... michael jackson was my idol then ok!!! methinks... my dad & the king of pop are rather similar. my dad passed on when he was 50. mj passed on when he was 50. my dad died cuz of cardiac arrest. so did mj. my dad was an iconic music engineer in the music industry. mj was an iconic singer in the music industry. my dad was legend in the (cheenapok) music industry. (he was awarded some COMPASS award! he recorded for famous singers like teresa teng ok!) mj was a legend in the (angmoh) music industry. oh oh & papa can do the high pitched "HEE HEE" just like mj! haha okok i know mj is a WAAAAAY bigger music legend as compared to my daddy, so mj fans don't get angweee! but when daikor called that day, we were just talking about the somewhat similar similarities! methinks: maaaaybe my dad & michael jackson are making music up in heaven now! :P  haha can you believe this? i loved mj so much last time, i actually held a 'mj-lookalike' contest @ my place where we dressed & sang to mj songs... wahaha i look like a cock! those were the days man... we were young & innocent then! rest in peace mj, you will be remembered.

that the boyfriend starts work @ cimb! 1st july is also the very 1st day that the both of us took a train together to work for the very 1st time!  haha i know the photos turned out really bad & i still have the early morning can't wakey look... basically i look like a cock! aiyah but anyways just thought we should take a peekture to commemorate his 1st day! heh.
